My Number of posts is not being logged! Help!

Alright, I dont mean to be griping, but it has been stuck at 755 posts now. I dont know whats wrong, I have paid for my renewal, and all that good stuff, but whats the deal?? Please let me know!

Oh... . so now its working... Hmm... I have made a few posts today, and its been stuck. I come to post here, an now it works. I am confused!

Now playing around in the forums, it only seems to log them when I post in this topic area. What gives? I have made 3 or 4 posts, and it has NOT logged them. did I do something to get in trouble?

Posts made in the other forum do not add to your post count. We made that change about a year ago because some users were making lots of useless posts in that forum to run up their post counts. All the other forums count toward your post count.

I was not worrying about the quantity of my posts. It just seemed everytime I was looking at my number of posts the number was the same.

Hey Steve , do you think some members still might be doing that in some of the forms that still record the post count . Maybe you should do away with the post count thing all together ---------------- That's the only reason I joined the TDR , to see if I could have the biggest post count ------------------ Yea right !!!!!!!!!!!!

i notice sometimes too that it looks like my post count isn't going up when i post elsewhere [not in the others section] but it could just be my memory failing me at an early age [although i want to get my counted post count over the 1000 mark - maybe by christmas ]
