Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) My Odometer Reads ECM Codes Too

I have a production run 02 (May 02) that reads ECM trouble codes on the odometer. When I was having trouble with my injector pump, I read diagnostics codes: First flashed PCM, then the famous P1693, then flashed ECM and P216 (injection pump timing failure).



Anyone else with late production runs experienced reading ECM codes too?
