White smoke and mileage is to be addresses. Also 30 seconds after an oil change, its black as night. MY 04 had "clean" oil for the 13k miles I owned it. This new one has always been black. Something just isnt right. Any suggestions before I leave it with them. Lucky for me, I bought the DC 7?100k warranty that gives first day rental car. I have a few extra in my collection but hey, this will get me the chance to drive something I most likely would never buy!

Comments please?? Just need to know what to ask and say so I dont just hand them the keys and let them park it for a week!

When did the rules change that oil must stay clean for however many miles you decided to run it?

Oil should get black, it picks up all the little nasty things in the engine, and yes even new oil should get black, oils that are still clean after 13000 miles are just not doing their job.

Don't be fooled by its appearance alone. There are a number of companies that can get you an oil analysis for not a lot of money.

Read my question. I just said that after 13k my oil was still staying clean. I aslo had it changed every 3k like I do my new one which gets 20 feet and is blacker than hell.
