My truck is too quiet!!!

---when window is up! As I sat in line at the drive up teller window I was reminded that while the Cummins is louder than Pferd & Chebby when you are outside the cab, they are much quieter for occupants of the Dodge truck. Must be insulation or something.

I usually park and walk in rather than use drive-thrus for that reason. I don't like having to turn my rig off and on several times to hear plus it's just common curtsey to let the other folks in line hear. Don't want to give diesels a bad name now do we?

You are correct--actually I was there after hours, doing a night drop. I was all alone in the lane next to the building, just enjoying the diesel music bouncing off the wall. Having to roll the window up was a drag!!
