My turn on vent doors

I cannot get mine to blow to the defrost vents#@$%!. When on defrost, it blows to the floor only. Dash vents work so so when everything was moving. It would take a minute or so for things to move, but this morning...nothing except warm feet. Looks like the HT doors are the way to go. How long to do them? ANy maor concerns?

Mine did that also. Not safe with no defrost. So I called up http://www.heatertreater.net/ and got their replacement doors. So far I have only fixed the one you are talking about but will now need to do another one before summer. If you do your own work then it will just take some time. It is expensive to have done at Dodge. David
