My Visit to Industrial Injection

I want to send out a big THANK YOU to Industrial Injection. I was by Salt Lake this week and decided to stop in for a visit. I wanted to put a few names with faces since I talk to them on the phone all the time. I can't say enough about how great all the Guys and Gals there truly are. This family owned business is truly a top notch group of people who run a fast pace business but still manage to maintain a high level of customer service. They really made myself and my wife feel welcome from the first step we took thru their doors. We had been on the road all day and arrived about 10 minutes after closing. They were just finishing up with the last customer of the day and we had planned on just stopping to say hi and come back the next day. But instead of sending us on our way and locking the doors Brady and Family welcomed us inside and spent several hours with us talking about all their products. We also did returned the next morning to pick up a few parts and meet the other people we had missed by showing up late the day before. Even with the phones ringing off the wall and customers coming in and out we still felt the same friendly family atmosphere we had felt the evening before. Thanks again. We look forward to continued business with you, and look forward to seeing you at future Diesel events. Best wishes in 2007. Oo.

Met some of them up in Edmonton,Alberta,Canada at the Annual August Blackout last year,talked my ear off and answered all my questions,no pressure sales---even showed/explaned the HRVP/Phat Shaft turbo's working to me. Even though i never bought anything they were very helpful---even gave me a nice t-shirt before i left. When it comes time to replace my b1-2 turbo or vp44 i'll give them a call. NICE FELLAS. DW
