Mysql software update

I took the site down from ~4:40-5:20pm eastern time today to install a major mysql software upgrade. In the last 2 months or so I have had to reboot mysql 3 times which is much more often than in the past. I also had mysql setup to reboot weekly due to a cache that would fill up and not empty out, so over time (approximately 3 weeks) it would fill up to 100% and slow the site down if not rebooted. The new version is a major release change (from 3. 23 to 4. 0. 13) so hopefully this will help with these problems. It is supposed to be faster and more stable than the previous version. This was done now to head off problems before they came up. I apologize for any inconvenience the site being down caused. I will be monitoring the site this evening to watch for any potential issues that may come up from the upgrade.
