Guys, I don't know if this something common or I'm the only one that ever had this problem, but here it is. The radio keeps working ,but the clock freezes, you can't shut it off, you can't change from AM to FM or change stations. But if shut the truck off, and turn it back on the radio won't come back on, nothing works on it, but if you shut the truck off again, the clock is still illuminated but not keeping time, just frozen at the time it quit. Now the interesting part, if disconnect the batteries and reconnect them the radio will all come back on and work just fine for awhile then it does it again. I have pulled all the fuses and the clock is still on but frozen. QUESTION, where does the clock and memory in the radio get it's power? Does anyone have any idea what the problem is? A friend of mine has an early 98 and he had problems with his radio and it turned out to be a tail light bulb had the two filaments touching each other. He replaced the bulb and the radio worked fine. Go figure!

If you have any ideas please let me know.

Thanks for you help.
