2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Mystery, what do you think..

Over the past couple of weeks, When I have slowed down to go over a bump, or train tracks, the "check Gauges" light comes on and the chime sounds. The oil pressure Gauge drops to zero for a second. Then all returns to normal. This has only happened twice, but both times when I have hit the brakes to slow down for an un anticipated bump... .

Have you checked your oil level? No intended insult for asking the question, but sounds like the oil is slopping away from the pickup.

Sounds like you have a bad connection at the oil pressure sending unit.

Oil pressure relief valve will cause a sudden drop in oil pressure. Check sending unit first.
