Can’t quite figure out where this one goes

Is this the left side rear of the engine, behind the stock fuel filter?

On mine it looks like it goes to the oil pressure sending unit on the side of the block

+1 on the Oil Pressure Sending unit.

In you picture there is also a Ground wire (sitting loose on top of the motor mount in your picture) this bolts to the block by the starter, I think it one of a few ECM grounds.

All ground connections are mandatory on these trucks.

that was the next mystery wire I was wondering about thanks .

Not the oil pressure it’s- already hooked up

I believe the only other 3-pin on that side is the MAP sensor. What year is this truck and what color are those wires?

It’s a 99 and i think it’s got to be the crankshaft position sensor thinking about it because it and the map sensor are w only two left it just hit me . Now hook that ground up. I’ll let you know for sure Monday when I get back to the shop

Crank Sensor has a Violet/White wire

Because if so, then it can't be any of the mentioned wires.
