Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Name that converter!

I got a transmission with converter from a friend of the family (as a spare) and am hoping to identify the converter. I need to install the whole deal while I have my good transmission out and serviced/ new converter.

It is dark blue with a sticker: "Part # 22-20LSHD" and stamped "C104. "

Any help is appreciated so I'll have an idea if it'll just drop dead instantly... :-laf

Back in my Chevy days I ran Art Carr trannies. his convertors were always Dark blue he has since sold his company
