Name that part.

I've searched and cannot find this part. It braces the bottom corners of the grill when the hood is closed.

If so I'm thinking that's part of the headlight assembly??? I'll be home in a couple of hours and I'll look at my '06....

Yes, it clips into the framework at the bottom corner of where the grill closes against the truck. I guess it's supposed to brace the bottom of the grill.

Great, now what do I call it so I can find a new one to replace one that is lost?

It's not a separate item from what I see. Did it get stepped on and then it broke off???

I have the truck down here today, I'll look again but I'm 99% sure it is part of the headlight assembly. It was dark when I looked last night,,,,,

Gene, I just knelt down, wiggled the little plastic bugger and looked again. It is not part of the plastic headlight framework. It appears to snap into the metal behind.

Let me see if I can snag a part number.......

Yeah, I've been looking all over the interwebs and can't find anything that looks like it, especially on the headlight assembly.

Mike, I couldn't find a good Dodge website with decent parts diagrams that you could blow up where my old man eyes could actually see. Is that site you're using something you need a login for?

Erueeeka!!!!! That's it, it just snaps into place to stop the bottom of the grill from vibrating. Thanks for the help.
