OK TDRians, I need the collective wisdom of the forum to identify this screw. I believe it's a tamper screw from the 50's or 60's - maybe earlier. I collect old automotive test equip - battery chargers, etc, and need some of these. I know I'll have more luck finding some if I at least know what they're called. So far all I know is it's a no. 6 sheetmetal screw.

Those are called clutch head screws

Thanks everyone. That is definitely what they are but now I find I can only get them in #8 or #10 in a silver finish. Naturally, I need #6 :rolleyes:
At least I know what I'm looking for now!

That 57 Suburban I have uses a lot of those on the interior panels like the trans tunnel, its removable from what I recall, and some of the other panels inside.

Been around forever for sure.
