NAPA/Monroe Steering Stabilizer #?

Looking to pick up a new steering stabilizer at NAPA and was told that there are two numbers for the item for 1997 2500 CTD 4X4 trucks. The guy needed to see the OEM one to determin which one is the right NAPA #. Well, I have a Rancho 5000 on there now (leaking like a sive - 7 month old piece of junk) and was wondering if anyone has a NAPA/Monroe steering stabilizer and what was the part number for it?

Napa part number SC2953. Mine did not last well. It was on the truck when I had the death wobbles. Not sure if it helped cause problem or got destroyed in the process.
