I need another thermostat for my 2000 mod. Changed it about four months back with one from Oreilys, but it is acting up now. I heard Napa brand worked well in our cummins but would like some input from anyone that is using them. Also, do they offer a 180 for our trucks?

I wish I had the option of a cummins dealership, but the closest one to me is about 80 miles away. Its the Dodge house or the parts house, and our friendly dodge dealer won't cut you any slack. I guess one over priced part is cheaper than two unreliable ones. Anyone know what they are going for at the ******* now?

The good thing about our engine is that it sells in alot of places. Ford dealerships sell parts for our truck under the 650 and 750 trucks. Have you tried going to a Case tractor dealership. I know Cummins and Case teamed up to build our engine back in the 70's.

Not any options here where I live. Dealer or parts house, Otherwise you have to go out of town. Think I'll just go to dodge dealer and save myself the worry of another short life thermostat. Thanks for the input.
