Nasty Front Axle Leak

I was walking past the truck and noticed some fluid by the right front tire and got under for a look. I have a significant leak where the axle goes into the housing. It is dripping on the lower knuckle onto the ground. Has anyone else seen this on the new and "improved" front axle assembly??

At 5500 miles the dealer had to replace the main seal on my front diff. Probably got kinked when it was installed or something??? Mine wasn't leaking that bad though, it was just wet on the bottom side of the diff.
