Nav/Radio skipsfrom Blue Tooth/SAT/FM when driving.

First off I really like the new RAM 3500DRW that I got back in December. There have been a few issues...threw a DEF Code, Home link would not work for my one garage and the dealer has been great fixing the problems.
Now I have another one that has started. I get in the truck start it turn on the blue tooth media button so I can listen to music on my phone (Iphone). But when I hit a bump in the road it will disconect from blue tooth and go to SAT radio than bounce to FM back to SAT and back to Blue tooth...some time it will just do it when I am sitting at a stop light.

Has any one else had this issue I called the dealer yesterday and they are looking into it before they tell me to come out.

I have 2400 miles on the truck....

DHeidloff, My 2013 2500 SRW with the 8.4 Nav screen did the same thing as well as go out all together. The first thing that tipped me off was the clock would stay the same time as when I started the truck. The clock would be stuck on the same time. To make a long story short, the dealer replaced the entire unit. After they replaced it, I had a little problem getting UConnect to work because the new unit was not recognizing my VIN number. After a long time dealing with UConnect, we finally got everything working again and have not had a problem since. The dealer tried a re flash on the unit when I first took it in and it went black while in the dealer. Hope this helps....Steve

Thanks for the input. Spoke with the Dealer and they are going to replace the Nav/Radio....new one on order.

Mine had to be replaced also after 7 months of ownership as all sorts of gremlins.

More likely the AUX port has a bad connection. There is a March 5 software update on TSB 08-021-14 REV. A that you can download and install yourself.

I had the updates done with no effect. I'm not sure what exactly the TSB is for, but it didn't fix the clock not working, losing all my presets every time the truck shut off, nav losing its addresses, always changing the radio to 530 AM etc. The new radio had a slightly different look to it than my original. I like the updates to it so far.
