Nav unit on 2010

Does anyone know if you can name waypoints on the Nav Unit? I have never seen a GPS that you couldn't name your waypoints. I put in an address and it saves the spot as the address is this crazy. Maybe I'm missing something somewhere but if there is a way I can't find it.

I have the nav system, but dont use the waypoints... I`ll have to look into that. .



Thing that really does bug me though, is the thing waits until you're 1/2mi away from an exit to prompt you to exit. If you're in the left lane of a 4 lane road, yer screwed. This has bit me several times now. I will be investigating a service menu feature on the radio, or taking it to the dealer to change this. Quite annoying.

Open your address book up select the location you just saved and you can rename it. That is the only way I have found todate to fet around this issue,

Is there a way to put the NAV in truck route mode??

I have not seen that option in this nav unit. Most likely you would need to get one for the big rigs
