Oh boy-- flashback! I lived a few hundred yards from my elementary school as a kid. They got coal via a scissor lift truck. The sound of the coal going down the chute meant summer was over! Wow.

The guy I sold my 04 to has a restored Chevy coal truck. It's light duty and I assume it was designed for residential deliveries. The body is all mechanical in operation and rather complex.
