Need 02 trailer mirrors

Finally got a set of 03/04's and need the 02 bases for the conversion.



Anyone have any good sources ? Trying to keep the prices down. I don't want this to turn into a $500 project.

Unfortunately, you might be looking at a dollar amount in that neighborhood - or more. I would try to find some off a wrecked truck. All you need is the bases, so if the arms or heads are smashed, it's ok. Maybe a salvage yard search would produce something. Good luck.

I am working on the same mirror conversation for a my 2500 4x4 2001, finding towing mirrors bases is hard, I final located two at about $50 each with the shipping, i. e broken mirror etc. and a base only.



I took about three months of TDR ads to find them, one at a time. Good Luck



soI will be about $300 in parts for the conversion.

Check out Bestop Mirrors, I got mine from Summit Racing. No playing around with breaking mirrors, just remove the old ones and install the new. Takes about 15 minutes each side.

I looked at some aftermarket stuff, but would rather have the factory look.

I know where is a right side that is busted glass for 2ng gen. I'll see if he still has it and let you know.
