Need 6.7L Air Filter Box

Have any of you guys upgraded the oem air filter box on your 6. 7L CTD to an aftermarket unit??

Do you have the old box sitting around in your garage gathering dust??

If so, I would LOVE to buy it (top and bottom) from you so as to be able to upgrade the airfilter box in my 2005 5. 9L so that I can run that nice, big FAT air filter that you guys get to run in your trucks!!

I am willing to pay shipping and a reasonable charge for your old box.

I have ordered a few things from them. Most recently, a steering column cover to replace mine when I moved my MaxBrake Controller. They shipped very prompt from the Chrysler Parts Distribution center in Dallas. It was invoiced by a dealer but I do not remember the name. Good service, fair price.

Dodge has a new air filter for the 5. 9 liter engine that is as thick as the 6. 7 liter air filter. Part # 53034249AA, If its just a thicker air filter that you want.

Well THAT sure makes THAT easy... . thanks Mike!!!



While I was excited to install the 6. 7L box in a 5. 9L enigne, it was ONLY to get the deeper filter, as the boxes are almost exactly the same size and design .



You just made my project list shorter and my life a little easier... THANKS!!Oo.





PS--I just did a search on 2 mopar sites and that part# is NOT coming up... can you double check it for me, and/or post a link to someone who has it in stock?? TIA

Part # 53034249AA is a good part #, The filter just came out a little over a week ago. It might take some time for the part to spread to other parts outlets. I was unable to find it at the Fleetguard web-site and they are the ones who make the filter?



But for now I know the part number is available through any Dodge Dealer.
