Could someone please tell me the color of the wires going to the brake controler plug-in under the dash of a 95. I believe there should be four wires. ( someone cut the plug off )

Wire coloes

I have two color codes, one says Dodge, the other says New Dodge. Don't know when it goes to "new". Anyway here they are Dodge first; Red with black tracer, +12 volts. White with tan tracer, stoplight. Black, ground. Blue, trailer brakes. Now "New Dodge"White with red tracer,+12 volts. Blue with white tracer, stoplight. Green with black tracer, trailer brakes. These are in topp to bottom order and on most controllers the colors will be: Black, +12 volt. Red, stoplight. White, ground. Blue, trailer brakes. bg

My 95 manual indicated a plug for the brake controller, but there was not one. Just one wire for the brake (blue I think). Truck came with factory tow package. I ran power wires thru the firewall to the battery and used a solenoid for the 12+.
