Need a few motor part numbers

Looking for a few part numbers for the following 1990 CPL 0804 motor:



Rear main seal

Vacuum pump to housing seal



And for my KDP,



Timing case gasket

Front seal

From 1990 Cummins parts manual, includes Dodge 6BT 5. 9, CPL 804.



Front seal/3904353



Gear cover gasket/3910500



Pump gasket/3913192



Rear seal kit/3909410



Rear seal housing gasket/3914386, This should come with the seal kit, but.....



These numbers might be outdated/superseded, however they should be a start.

Rear seal kit/3909410 use 3934486 - for seal and sleeve use 3926126



Rear seal housing gasket/3914386, use 4947667 not in kit This should come with the seal kit, but.....



Here are the updated numbers. Seal and sleeve kits cannot be broken down and used separately it is a thick wall sleeve and as the seal would leak Shadrach

The sleeve in question is a repair sleeve or sometimes called a speedi sleeve. They are used to repair the shaft of whatever you are sealing, as in your case the crank shaft. Sometimes the seal will wear a groove in the sealing surface of the shaft. Most repair sleeves are thin and use the original seal. Apparently on this application the repair sleeve is thicker and requires a new inside diameter seal rather then OEM. If you can check the crank before you order, maybe you can determine which seal/seal kit to buy.

I dont imagine there shoiuld be much wear with only 110K on it... . Guess you never know!
