My stock PS pump is taking a crap on me and I would like to replace it with a better built one. Does anyone have any recommendations on an after market one that will support larger tires (35's) and running a plow during the winter? Right now the pump has a small leak and I do have to add a small amount of fluid about once a week but at times the truck drives like it has no power steering at all.

Other than an OEM stocker I don't have any recommendations. My only advice is to stay away from parts store remans, and if you do get one make sure it is a lifetime warranty store. I replaced five remans in a year's time before I bought a new OEM from Mopar4Less. Saginaw pumps have been used for decades (my '67 Chev has one) and there is no telling what the reman you buy was originally built for.
