Need a good transmission shop in Riverside, San Bernadino Ca. area (911)

Kinda a 911 guys. I have a friend of mine that is stuck in Riverside Ca with a trans issue in his 2005 4x4 automatic.
He has an issue where the truck will NOT start off in LOW gear. NO CODES. Won't select LOW gear manually either, just starts out in SECOND gear.
If anyone has any GOOD experience with a shop in that area please let me know. If he needs a rebuild, the shop needs to be able to buils the trans UPGRADED. Thanks. Chris

If he can get it to Fullerton go to Inglewood Transmission Mike is the owner he uses Goerend trans parts . He built mine excellent job .
