Nice rig,, but, think you could do something about those,, um,, err, hu,, hub,, hubca,,, hubcazz,, Ahh, Can't say it. but maybe you could replace 'em with something a little more,, BBQ'uey? Run to a junk yard and find some 1500 Dodge rims, or something. You could get a deal somewhere.

The World'sLargest Transportable BBQ Pit is a boom to any event!

Its size alone creates curiosity about what it is and how it works. Even the media gets excited. This Pit has been the subject of front page stories and frequently appears on the local TV news. Backyard cooks are wide-eyed because the Pit alone weighs excess of 30. 000 pounds and is pulled by a 1994 Peterbilt Semi-Tractor, giving a gross weight of approximately 50,000 pounds.

The Pit has a total length of 78 feet and a diameter of 5 feet -- that's 102,361 square inches of cooking surface! Seven smokestacks extend into the air with the main stack towering 22 feet. The Pit has 48 doors which are accessed via 5. 6 foot walkways that travel the length of the Pit.

The Pit can cook:

6,500 pounds of Brisket

or 1,300 whole chickens

or 1,250 pounds of ribs at one time.
