need a part #

I need the number for the rear axle speedy sleaves.



I have a hub seal leaking I need to fix and NAPA doesn't list the speedy sleaves anymore. I know both sides on my axle has sleaves on it also.

OK... ... ... ... ... ... you want that I should call my truck dealer with the seal number and ask for the item #? Sorry. the "item number" is what you use to order underwear off the internet. What I meant was the "part number"



Your rear axle hub seal seal is a NAPA # 24917?

Acording to my records the 28746 CR seal is the 250 truck hub seal w/a CR sleeve # 99287



The 24917 CR hub seal is for the 350 trucks w/the CR sleeve # of 99253

NAPA shows my rear seals as 30033. That 24917 is a smaller OD seal. Quite a bit smaller from what my partsman just told me. We did find the speedy sleave this time. That 99253 sleeve was smaller ID also.



I guess I need to start using my spread sheet and recording parts numbers.
