I need to get "Ole Blue" smogged. I live in Temecula, anybody recommend any smog shops? I'm a little worried about passing. I might have to break down and pull the racing cam out, but I'm also worried that won't be enough.

Also, if I can't get it to pass smog, has anybody ever heard of a "Weekend cruiser" registration? I don't want to non op the truck, because I really enjoy firing it up to cruise to town on the weekends.

Any help would be awesome!

TIA

If you talk to the test Tech before the test you can get the actual levels w/o it being reported to DMV. My sons Bronco was tested this way and we were able to fix it before it was reported as a gross polluter. The cheaper shops seem to be more willing to do the "test" than brand name ones. Talk to your local test stations, they may be willing to do this for you.
