Ok, I've read lots of threads about turbo's. Lot's of guys with excessive EGT's and the like. My 2005 is a bit different, and I'd like advice.

On a long pull with my 14. 5K fiver in tow I usually see 1150-1200 EGT. Sometimes 1250 on a really hot day. This is with my Edge Juice at level 2 -tow.

My concern is primaly with boost. I hit 41 PSI regularly with the stock turbo. EGT's seem reasonable, but I'm wondering if there is a better turbo for towing that will lower boost and possibly EGT. BTW, my EGT probe is pre-turbo.

Prehaps I need a larger intercooler to lower my ITT temps?

Your thoughts?

I've been hitting those temps for 170K with my stock turbo. Nothing to worry about if 1250* is the highest you see. I wouldn't run 41psi all day, but on occassion is no big deal.
