Need advise guys

We have been in lemon law procedings with my wifes Chevrolet 2500HD for about three months. Gm is offering us a really crappy offer and i'm fed up with it. The lawyer wants to sue but it could drag it out another year. I just want this to be over with, Anybody here been through anything similar? I guess i'm trying to see if there will be any light at the other end of the tunnel.

umm so whats going on with the truck??? maybe you may be better off fixing it than losing out on some cash. I had a buddy who had a lemon but couldnt have the down time or lose out on thousands of dollars. his problem was the the fuel lines breaking off pieces internally. they replaced alot of parts too many times. so finally they replaced his entire fuel system to get rid of the engine miss fire. from the fuel tank, to the pump, lines, fuel rail and regulator and all 8 injectors. but this was a gas burner and I am guessing by the looks of your signature that you might have a diesel. I would simply go back to the dealer and tell them that you want entire system replaced from one end to the other to get rid of the problem and make you a happy customer. I just pray to god your not having a wiring problem.
