need allot of input please??

I have the Scotty air ll and was thinking to changing it to a mega canon, bd extreme, and so on. What is the best set up for our trucks???? I really need input from people that ran both filter setups and what they have experienced like egt’s. I know that you can seal off a Scotty air for outside air only for cooler temps too. I need some real testimonies on these filter setups. Is the Scotty ll the best??????

Email or PM Drawson, he has tested a lot of air induction with the gauges needed to scientifically back it up, not just seat of the pants feelings.



My personal opinion is the Scotty2 is going to do the most possible for EGT reduction.



I have DD3's, had DD1's. Love the DD injectors, they are going to be awgully hard to top. Skip the 2's unless you tow heavy a lot, I have no EGT trouble with the 3's running stock air induction and stock exhuast minus muffler. I prefer not fixing what is not broken.

Well i will be towing about a 8,000 lbs to 9. 000 lbs trailer but only 12 times a year about.

With the HX40 shut off the wire tap box and pull on just the DD3's. It will work great and no EGT trouble at all.
