At one time Ford was a major stock holder in Cummins - - But no more! Ford probably tried to tell them how to build engines.

This sounds like you are trying to answer some Ford owner who just won't give up on the "Ford owns Cummins" myth. They have never owned Cummins. At one time they had 10% of Cummins stock. Cummins bought that back in Jan '97. I guess the next thing you will hear is that Dodge doesn't make a crew cab because Ford owns Cummins and won't let them.
