Need Auto trailer to tow with my CTD.Calif Cent.valley members help!

[Bug Out]

I'm looking for a 7000 to 10,000# trailer or goose neck flatbed to tow auto's with my CTD. ( decent price of course)



I'm having little luck finding dealers on the net. I'm sure there are plenty of trailer dealers in the central valley, new and used.



any decent dealers with a good inventory of new and used out there?



Not much near the Sf bay area.

Dealer in Tracy

There is a Dealer right outside of Tracy on 205 Eastbound right after the McArthur Blvd exit. I hae checked out a few trailers there, never bought one but was treated good and prices seemd fair. I'll get the name of it next time I head out that way.

There were three of them just this morning in my local paper, two dual axles with a duals and a triple axle. $3000 - $6000. If you feel like driving to Montana there are tons for sale.

out of Ca, there's plenty to choose from.

I wish i lived out of Ca. I know there are a ton and more for great prices. But by the time you drive there, you spent the money saved. .

Bought Mine In Fowler CA

Got mine for about $4350. It was advertised for $5800 elsewhere. With tax and stuff it was just under $5000. It's a Byson built in Logan Utah by the people that build Walton trailers.



I believe the outfit I purchased from was called Central Valley Motors. Found them in a advertiser called Ag Source.



Look for a trailer with dual landing gear instead of a single. The lower the deck the better for loading. My rig is 20' on the deck with another 5' for the beaver tail. It has the fold down ramps on the back.

Winch

To get disabled vehicles onto the deck I installed a winch. The winch has a capacity of 4700 pounds. If I use the snatch block you can double that. It has a remote corde control which allows you to sit in the vehicle and steer if necessary.

Here in Podunk Colo I picked up a new 7000#, roadrunner 18' dovetail with ramps, and bigger rubber for $1850. 00, at the local used car dealer. He has a bunch in stock right now. Give me a PM if you want the dealers name and #. I love mine.
