Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Need band adjustments for 99 2500

Does anyone have the band adjustments for a 99 2500 4x4. My cousin is working on a friends truck and when he went to the dealer and bought the filter kit they would not give him the band adjustment #'s. Thanks Derek
