2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Need bottom door lock mechanism

On the driver side backdoor of my clubcab Ram2500 I need the bottom lock mechanism. The spring that opens the lock rusted and fell out. Is there anyplace to by body parts other than Dodge itself.

I have a '01 quad cab that was wrecked and am parting out. Are the parts the same on both sides? Let me know and I'll see what I have.
