Front or rear? Thought i saw a decent used, stock rear bumper on ebay for around 70 clams, look under "1993 dodge" in the search at ebay.com, shipping could be a pickle though. If your not particular about the shape, your local truck salvage might have something.

I have a stock front bumper with a stainless brushguard I took off my 93 dually. I'm in Wisconsin so likely too far away but $50 it's gone.
