Need complete transmission shift Linkage for 99 Ram 2500 5.9L cummins

The shift linkage from the column to the frame is so rusted that it cannot be serviced and I am afraid it will break somewhere very soon. Is there a place to get a complete shift linkage. There appears to be no OEM parts available. Thanks Keith

I don't remember exactly where I bought mine for my 98 but it was through one of the local parts houses.
