Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) need ECM

Hi, all its been awhile I need a Ecm does anybody know where to get one. And not ACE. they now want $850. does anybody on here have a used one? sell/trade something?? I dont know why they have to cost so much. ford powerstroke ecm $130. cummings cant do anything for me. Please help!! Thanks.

I needed a replacement ecm and bought a used unit (&pcm) from a 3500 with all the same options - 5 sp, vac cruse, rear drums & abs. my truck is a 2500. I still must get my vin reflashed in the used unit because I only get a red cel blink (warning).

My friend has one from his 98. 5 5 sp truck for sale, pm me. It was a auto converted to 5 sp with no ecm issues, now running a 12v motor sled puller. It worked when removed.

I got one from auto computer exchange.

They were the cheapest (look for them on flea-bay) and came with a warranty.
