Need front tow hook source?

Bought a used 2004 3500 SLT that did not have front tow hooks/tow points. Has a short black panel in the bumper hole where the hook should be. Want to install OEM hooks, but can't find a part number or source. Would appreciate any help RE: finding these and any installation advice.

Possibly, I'm not sure about that. Do you have the 4 mounting holes in the one you have now?

Because there need to be something like that bracket now to attach the bumper to the frame, that's the same part?

There used to be a kit with everything including the bolts and reinforcing brackets. I bought one back in the day to add them.

They both specialize in used Dodge CTD parts. One of them may have what you need.

You may want to go to a junk yard where you can get all the other brackets that came with toe hooks from the factory. As you said there is more to it than the hooks and bolts.

Maybe contact the aftermarket bumper manufacturers. They regularly remove the hooks and bumper.
CJC might have some laying around as they do bumper replacements.
