Need grommet's that hold DODGE emblem on hood for 1990 W350

I'm looking for the inserts or grommets that go into the 3 holes in the hood that hold the DODGE emblem on.

Any auto body shop would have those flat "nuts" don't see anything special about it unless your missing the "bolt" on the emblem (smooth studs until you put the flat nuts on it )

There are no grommets that go in the holes. The base of the hood ornament goes in the holes and 2 nuts then spin on and hold it in place.
