Need ground / wiring attachment pics

So i bought a truck (2006 5.9L) that had its engine replaced with a crate motor. While trying to chase down an oil leak i notices how sloppy the reinstall of the wiring harness was. I think i found 2 grounds and multiple other harness clamps that are unsecured (see pics below) and the crank case vent unsecured. Can anyone tell me where i can get pictures, info or get me pics of there engines so i can see where they need to be connected? The last pic is of the driver side transmission area where i think a ground is not connected.

For the cable at the transmission, check the firwall around above the starter motor, there should be a stem where it attaches to.
dont know the other cables.

Well, think i found it. Maybe G121 or G120, will need to take another look.
