need help buying 03 ho

help ive got the bug for a 03 ho. but i live in ca. anyone know if i can buy and register at my mom address in ok. some one told me i have to prove i live there with name on bills. driving a 96 5 speed now but want the 6speed and 305horses. does any one know which states will allow out of staters to register vehicle with just a p. o. box? is it illegal? really really want one! know any good dealers in midwest?

Perfect solution, just have mom buy the truck with your name on the title as well, then you just have to transfer the truck to Cali. Kind of a pain in the A$$ but at least you can get the HO version and it's semi legal.
