Need help converting a wave file

I have received a extremely funny email video. I tried to post it on this board but it wasn't the right type of file.



Can someone convert it for me or tell me how to do it?



It will be soo worth it. This is the funniest e-mail i have seen in 8 years of e-mailing.

is it audio only, or video too.



Sound recorder will convert different audio formats inot each other.



If video, I do not think it is very easy to do.
