I have a 2001 cummins and i need to see what is wrong with my injection pump. It dosent stop flowing fuel to the #1 cylinder and i need to know if i have to get a new pump or if there is anythang else that i can get to make it work right.

Need a better description of your problem , How do your know its flowing ?
The best way to find help with a problem is to give a complete description of the symptoms , what you are doing is giving a vague diagnosis of what you think , that can lead help down the wrong road , not fixing or costing too much .
Being that this is a one way communication [ not visual ] it requires more detail [ thats where the saying , a picture is worth a 1,000 words .

if you've cracked afew lines and #1 is the only one getting fuel/or #1 is pushing fuel in any position of engine turning , pump rotor siezed.

the injection pump flows fuel great but when i have the #1 line off the pump will keep flowing fuel after the engine is shut off. the truck white smokes alot till it starts to warm up then it will go away.

have to go with JFaughn! need to know exactly what your talking about.

Put a fuel pressure gauge after the lift pump , to see if its shutting off .
There should be some residual pressure in the system .
How long after ?
More info .
I thing that you are jumping ahead of the issue , stay with basics , till test tell you to look further .
Have the injectors pop tested .
