Archived need help ford 7.3 in twin falls id.

My best friend just called me. He is in twin falls, and thinks his 2002 7. 3 ford POS just lost a head gasket. Had to stop twice in last 100 miles to add water to limp her to his dads place, and oil looks to have antifreeze in it. Also making a "new noise" according to him. Does anybody know of a reputable place to do ford repairs near twin falls. Any place he should stay away from would be appreciated as well. He just wants an honest opinion on what is wrong, and if it is even worth repairing or if he should dump it (my vote but hey its not my money) If he cant get it repaired I may end up driving out there with the goose neck to bring him back to california. thanks guys

thanks guys, my friend solved his problem. Traded that piece of junk in on a new 08 cummins. What he should have bought in the first place in 02. LOL
