Ok, I decide to drain my oil tonight, so it can drain all night. Now, before I started, I made sure I could loosen the oil filter first. I don't have a strap wrench, but I was able to get the filter to turn by hand. So, good news.
I climb under the truck to figure out what size socket I need to get the drain plug out. Hmmmmm, no socket needed, as the drain plug has a square hole, about the size of 3/8" drive. Ok, cool, I can handle that. Plug in my ratchet and I try to loosen the plug. After busting a gut, it hasn't budged! Grrrrr. Grab the handle off my Hi Lift jack (about 2 1/2') to use as a cheater bar. STILL THE FREAKIN' PLUG DOESN'T BUDGE!!!!!!

So, what is the trick to getting this POS out??? Obviously I'll be ordering one of those neat drain plugs from Geno's... ... .
HELP!
