South bound on I-75, exit 317, MAJOR smoke, (white) one cylinder lost. Pressure into the valve cover, blew the vent hose off, puffs smoke out of the valve cover every time one cylinder tries to fire. Friend pulled fiver to a KOA @ exit 315, limped truck behind, smoking & missing.

Might be a dropped valve.

Could be the headgasket is blown. Check the injector hold down bolts and for bent push rods.

Well, I got it to the dealer today, they think it'll be a complete replacement. Dealer said an injector failed, & as soon as that happened it blew a hole in the piston. I've got Amsoil running out of the exhaust pipe by the quart! Mark at TST said it's more common than I'd want to believe. He also said if I need a engine to get back with him, he might be able to get me a crate motor. If anyone knows of any, I would sure like to know about it.
