Need help lowering 3500 DRW

I'm wanting to lower the rear of my 3500 DRW 4x4. Can some one please post the thread where I can read up on it? I'm looking for info on the size of the spring center bolts as I would like to have new ones in hand before tearing my truck apart.

I got's another question. Does the spring pack spread apart when you remove the bolts?
