Dave, I put Bushwacker Street Flares on my truck. I did not really care for the quality, fit or finish.
They come in 3 pieces. You need to glue them together, clamp them and let them sit overnight.
Mine required trimming and massaging to get a nice clean tight fit.
You are going to have to either cut back your bodyside moulding or notch out the flare to fit it against the truck. Neither is easy. Very easy to scratch the paint if you go cut back the moulding.
They supplied rivets with the kit. I choose to use stainless steel sheet metal screws.
Dave, If you are dead set in using these, e-mail me or post here and I will offer some tips.
I would suggest leaving them in the box and looking at other flare manufactures. XENON looks like they make a nice set. Or see what the Dodge dealer has.
I took me about 8 hours to to the whole job, and I was screamin most of the time
