Ok guys... after a day of shopping. . I got home and my transmission cooler line blew up on me. Thank god it was in my driveway. I have one of the cooler lines that has a place to install a transmission gauge sending unit. As I was looking at it... where the sending unit screws in, the welding on the top gave out.
Now for my questions. Where is the quickest and cheapest way to get a new transmission line that has a place to install a transmission sending unit, also I need a transmission filter and gasket? Being I need to change my ATF anyways... what kind of ATF is is good to use and how much fluid is needed? Currently I have Amsoil +4, though I don't have the time to make another order and wait for it to arrive. With my truck being disabled in the driveway I am limited to Auto Zone and Wal-Mart, both of which are rock throwing distance from my house. Any suggestions???
Thanks a bunch!!!
